　　根据2007年5月15日全球基金中国国家协调委员会艾滋病工作组会议建议，并报请国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室同意，全球基金第七轮项目写作组于2007年6月1日至6月10日网上征集了全球基金第七轮艾滋病项目的主要执行机构/主要收受人申请。

　　按照全球基金管理要求，现征集全球基金第七轮艾滋病项目的次级执行机构/次级收受人申请。如果愿意担任或推荐全球基金第七轮艾滋病项目的次级执行机构/次级收受人，请提出意愿或推荐意见。该项目将提交给全球基金审核批准。

　　请注意，次级执行机构/次级收受人必须具备在当地或在某个领域的执行项目和协调能力，必须是合法注册机构。次级执行机构/次级收受人必须具有下列能力：

　　1.项目管理能力

　　2.财务/会计能力

　　3.采购和供应管理能力

　　4.督导与评估能力

　　Dear all:

　　According to the opinion of the AIDS Working Group of China Global Fund CCM held on May 15 and the approval of the State Council AIDS Working Committee Office, we collected the applications of PR during June 1 to June 10 through website.

　　According to the management of Global Fund, please note you are invited to express your interest or recommendation, if you wish, in being or suggesting a SR for the Global Fund Round 7 AIDS program, to the Global Fund for approval.

　　Please be reminded that the SR has to have the capacity of implementation and coordination at local or some specific areas, and must be a legal, registered entity. The SR must also meet the following capacities:

　　1.Project management capacity

　　2.Financial/accounting capacity

　　3.Procurement and supply capacity

　　4.Monitoring and evaluation
