Prefectural people's governments and provincial government departments:

  In recent years, the systems on HIV/AIDS prevention and control, medical treatment, support and assistance have been steadily improving with increasing government input, and great achievements have been made in recent years in our province, especially in the gradual establishment of an assistance and placement system for people affected by HIV/AIDS, which lends comprehensive policy support to improving the living standards, healthcare and development of people affected by HIV/AIDS. In order to further improve on the assistance and placement system, the following opinions are offered herewith to further enhance the efforts on support and assistance to people affected by HIV/AIDS in the province.
