Title: Yunnan Program Officer
Location: Clinton Foundation— CHINA, Yunnan
Reports to: Yunnan Regional Program Manager
Hours of duty: Monday — Friday — 0900-1800 hrs.
(Must be prepared to accept occasions when work will also need to performed outside of normal working hours, including at times, weekends)
Regarding the cooperation program:
The Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS collaboration has been established to work with the Yunnan Bureau of Health in an HIV/AIDS treatment and care program, with the scope to achieve the ultimate containment of HIV/AIDS in Yunnan.
Responsible for:
• Assist Regional Program Manager in program implementation and hands-on management of CF’s Yunnan Program
Essential Duties: include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
• Successfully scale up Yunnan Program;
• Forge excellent partner relations in support of programs with
- Yunnan BoH / CDC; Prefectures’ and cities’ government authorities;
- NGOs/INGOs/local GONGOs/PLWHA groups involved in HIV/AIDS work that tie into and/or related to CF’s Yunnan Program;
- Funding organization.
• Successfully realize all Year program indicators for Yunnan Program within budget and timeframe;
• Liaise with CF China management team;
• Staff and financial management, coordination and logistics for Yunnan Program Office;
• Support programs and new program planning with technical assistance and expertise (from within local program staff, or external);
• Coordination and support for visits from domestic and international technical experts (engaged to support YNBOH/ CF program implementation);
• Facilitate YNBOH and CF in performing program and financial M&E for the XJBOH/ CF programs, in accordance with mutually guidelines agreed

• Hands-on field program management and implementation experience in China of at least 3 years |
