CHF operates in several provinces in China and due to expansion of our programs, we invite applicants to join our team for the following vacancy:
Title: Program Manager (PM) of AIDS Orphan Program
Location: Chi Heng Foundation, Beijing or Regional Office
Reports to: Directly to Program Director and Chairperson
Hours of duty: Monday ? Friday ? 0900-1800 hrs.
(Must be prepared to accept occasions when work will also need to performed outside of normal working hours, including at times, weekends)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
In this role, PM will support in the management and/or coordination of personnel, technical, and other resources to the extent they are relevant to the programs. PM will strive in all the following to uphold the CHF principle that the partner owns and leads the programs, while CHF catalyzes and provides technical assistance.
Design and Planning
Working in the design and planning of programs. Includes identifying program priorities, creating and identifying opportunities for productive programming, planning, budgeting, identifying problems and planning midcourse corrections
Implementation
Working in implementing the programs
Management of ongoing operations and functions
Working in managing ongoing operations and functions of these programs. Independently manage the ongoing operations and functions of the CF inputs into these programs to ensure smooth effective operation.
Liaising and Representing
POwill assist PM to serve as the liaison, point of communication, and representative of the CHF regarding these projects.
Support and collaborate as needed with the rest of the CHF team in any areas in which PM may have special responsibility or expertise.
