HLSP, (the Health Unit of Mott MacDonald) and the Burnett Institute, managing contractor the AusAID China-Australia Health and HIV/AIDS Facility (CAHHF) is seeking expressions of interest in the position of Program Officer. Based in Beijing, this position will be responsible for supporting the Facility’s multiple funded activities and is the point of contact for operational level issues. You will cooperate with Chinese partners to support activity proposals and designs; provide advice and training in terms of activity implementation and reporting requirements; maintain activity level M&E reports; liase with consultants and ensure logistic support for field trips and workshops.

　　This post requires someone with project management skills within a donor environment and experience of supporting health agencies in China in project design and reporting skills in one of the themes of the Facility will be a bonus. Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills are required. A native English speaker would be preferred. Salaries will be in line with Chinese market rates.
