Kangzhong is a no-governmental, no-profit civil organization devoted to building capability and providing consulting service on program planning, management and implementation for involving civil society and vulnerable groups in response to various public health problems in communities. Kangzhong was founded on the China HIV/AIDS Information Network (CHAIN)-an open and participatory network for sharing HIV/AIDS information and resources in China and formally registered in Chinese Civil Ministry in 2005. Kangzhong has been endeavored to building and promoting good partnership and information network between Gov and NGOs and among grass-roots NGOs for sharing good practices and enhancing the collaborative effort of a harmonized society.
